Røros Tweed, 2025

The design of Mineral is inspired by the processing of natural materials, resulting in an intricate yet refined pattern with a textured surface.

The seemingly irregular composition references natural elements and introduces a distinct sense of stillness. A solid colored frame further defines the throw with geometric balance and brings a certain symmetry to an otherwise organic design.

The design reflects natural materials and patterns reminiscent of geological formations, creating a calm and textured surface.

During the design process we wanted to highlight the inherent qualities of wool, exploring the tension between the organic and the digital. The color palette connects the design to Røros Tweed's weaving mill and its surroundings, the old mining town of Røros.

Mineral comes in three different colors: Sand, Basalt and Flint.
